What you’ll be doing:



  • Take charge of setting up strategic direction in accordance with company goals and targets
  • Manage the affiliate department and leading every individual reaching their personal targets
  • Further development of existing clients and generating new business
  • Track and analyse the results of the campaign and suggest improvements
  • Conduct constant competitor analysis to improve company product and strategy
  • Responsible for the affiliate deals optimization and revenues of the company
  • Represent the company interests in every conference or events related to our industry
  • Monthly reports on clients’ accounts activity
  • Conduct regular meetings (including but not limited to monthly 1:2:1's, performance reviews, weekly catch ups etc)
  • Lead by example, inspire and motivate the Affiliate department
  • Lead the hiring process and supervise the department
  • Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently
  • Oversee the entire account managing including:
    • Collecting the missing payments
    • Invoicing the Affiliate platforms
    • Constant improvement of Insertion orders templates
    • Coordinating the emailing campaigns. Tracking and analysing the results of the campaign and suggest improvements


 


What you'll bring:


  • Experience in the iGaming would be considered as an asset
  • Strong knowledge of the Gaming industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • ‘’Outside the box’’ thinker
  • Affable and comfortable in networking events
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent analytic skills
  • Extremely target driven
  • Additional European language would be considered as an asset
